My name is Dr. Stacy King, and I am excited to serve as Superintendent of KC International Academy for the 2023-2024 school year! I have been in education for more than 25 years. Throughout my career, I have served students and families in various roles through the lens of general and special education. I have served as an elementary classroom teacher, self-contained and resources special education teacher, and elementary principal. I have also overseen student services and human resources at the district level. I hold my doctorate from Baker University. When I am not working on behalf of KCIA, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Doyle, my children, and my grandchildren. Reading, online shopping, and traveling are at the top of my list of things to do! I am excited to meet the students and families that make KCIA special!
