My name is LaTeasha Randle and I have over 10 years experience in education. I was born and raised here in Kansas City. After graduating high school, I attended Missouri Western for a couple years but I wasn’t sure what career field I wanted to pursue so I took some time off just to explore life. Approximately 7 years later I decided it was time for me to return to the classroom but by this time I had begun a family. I returned to college I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from CMSU. After obtaining my degree I worked with various populations in the helping field such as foster care and adoption as well as adults with dual diagnoses. I’ve also worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, but none have been as rewarding as working with children and families in education. This is my 7th year working at KCIA and I have enjoyed growing and developing each year. I have 3 sons and recently became an empty nester so I am looking forward to this new season and chapter of my life.
