My name is Laine Hamilton, and this is my 5th year in education. I grew up in Naperville, IL and left to attend college at the University of Kansas. I have been in the KC area ever since! I graduated from KU in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and I am currently getting my Masters degree as a Mathematics Specialist from the University of Central Missouri. This will be my fifth year teaching 1st grade at KCIA. Outside of teaching, I love to spend time with my friends and family, read, travel, and play with my dog Archie! I am so excited for another year at KCIA!
