Sycil Proffitt currently serves as LIFEWISE Community Liaison for Saint Luke’s Health System, working closely with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Sycil is engaged in identifying and cultivating community-based support programs by leading strategic collaborations, partnerships, and program innovation. His professional output is shaped by a philosophy – a universal wellness approach, teaching and edifying valuable life skills to youth/families via nutrition education, chronic disease/illness prevention, career exploration activities, and social & emotional well-being. He believes, it is his duty to be an intercessor of providing quality resources and making a constructive impact on the community that has given him so much.
Sycil was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and an alumnus of Kansas City Public Schools. Sycil also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University in the field of Health & Wellness Studies, in addition to a MBA from Avila University, concentrating in Health Care Administration.
