My name is Emma Fundenberger and I am excited to begin my fourth year at Kansas City International Academy! I will be teaching 5th grade ELA this year. I graduated from UMKC in May of 2021 with my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. During the 2021-2022 school year I completed my Master’s in Reading Education from Northwest Missouri State University. I am currently working on my Educational Specialist Degree in K-12 Leadership. When I am not at school I enjoy reading, cooking, working on home projects, and hanging out with friends and family. I am looking forward to a school year of learning and growth!
