Hi, I am Sara Hoenshell. This is my 22nd year in public education. I have been a first grade teacher, fifth grade teacher, instructional coach and curriculum coordinator all within the Kansas City Missouri school district. I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a masters degree in Educational Administration from Park University. I have been married for 23 years to my high school sweetheart. We have two wonderful children. Hadley is a junior at the University of Missouri studying medicine and Magnus is sophomore at Park Hill South. In my free time I enjoy running, visiting my daughter in college and watching my son play football and wrestle. I am looking forward to a wonderful year at KCIA.
