My name is Michelle Haynes-Winter. I go by Michelle or Winter. I am a mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. I am originally from St. Louis and have been married to my husband Les for 27 years. My educational experience of 26 years includes; substitute teacher, a self-contained paraprofessional, 3-5th grade teacher, a Behavioral interventionist, Facilitator of an inclusion/ long term suspension program, College and Career Readiness teacher for 6-8th grade, and as of the last year an Operations Manager for highschool. I have a degree in Small Business Management and Business Science Management. I also own a bakery for the last 15 yrs, D’Marie’s Cupcakery. I am excited to join the team and reconnect with faces I have known through the years. Happy 23-24 school year!
