Hi! My name is Reid Rech. This is my sixth year in education and my 4th year at KCIA! I have a bachelor’s degree in English. When I decided to become a teacher, I joined the Kansas City Teacher Residency (Educator Academy) and earned my Master’s in Curriculu and Instruction through UMKC. I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade. I am excited to have the opportunity to teach 4th grade science to the kiddos I had my very first year at KCIA. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with the people I love, eating delicious food, and reading. I also love to travel and have new experiences. I am looking forward to another great year at KCIA!
