I come to the board with a lot of diversity in my own family. My husband arrived in the United States in 1992 from Argentina. He is an architect. My oldest daughter received her Master’s Degree in Education in Spain and has lived in Spain for the past 7 years. My middle child is an Education major working on her undergraduate degree. I have a son that just graduated from high school. Our family is focused on service to others with my husband being a Rotarian for nearly 30 years, me participating in mission trips to Guatemala and serving on the board of Optimist International. I am a Registered Nurse (since 1995) and an Attorney (since 2003). My practice is focused on civil rights, children’s issues, and criminal law. I am thrilled to be a part of a wonderful community and excited at all the positive changes we have made with KCIA. The future is bright and I can’t wait to see where it takes us!
