Hi! I’m Maddie Atkins, and this is my first year officially teaching at KCIA. I was born and raised in Kansas City and recently graduated from UMKC with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I spent my student teaching in 3rd grade at KCIA and am excited to continue my journey in 4th grade math. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and going on walks with my dog Stella. You’ll often see me walking around with a coffee, energy drink, or other fun beverage. I am so excited for this school year at KCIA!
