Jamila completed her master’s degree in social work at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is clinically licensed in Missouri and Kansas. She has over 25 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, and private practice. She is currently the Director of Clinical Services at a non-profit organization in Kansas City, MO called Amethyst Place and is a child and family therapist at Resolve Counseling and Wellness.
