My name is Christine Clark and this is my first year at KCIA. I am so excited to get to work with students and their families as the first middle school counselor at KCIA. This is my sixth year as a school counselor. Previously I worked at University Academy as both the Lower School and Middle School counselor, as a high school counselor in Chicago, IL, and as a middle school counselor for two years in Rogers, AR. I graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology and then received my Masters of Art Degree is School Counseling from DePaul University. Being back in the Kansas City area makes my heart so happy since my parents and my brother and his family live nearby. My husband and I live in Liberty, MO with our dog, Maggie, and our two cats, Miles and Murray. When I am not in school counselor mode I enjoy running, volunteering at the animal shelter, traveling with my husband, and spending time with friends and family.
